Pyrokinesis

The manipulation of fire. The user gains the ability to excite or speed up an atom, thus igniting their thermal energies. This emerges as the superheated element known as fire.

Capabilities
  • Can create, absorb, manipulate or otherwise generate fire in some form or instance.
  • Capable of propelling the temperature of things to their melting point.
  • Can generate or use balls, volleys, beams, streams, waves, bombs, etc. of fire energy.
  • Can cause burning pains to others, or inflict burning damage or pain based on touch.
  • Has an innate resistance to fire, or otherwise have fireproof skin and molecules.
  • Can utilize fire solidification.

    • Can create constructs, allies, or servants made of pure fire; such as fire/lava golems.
    • Can create weapons/barriers/shields/etc. made of pure fire.
    • Can create armor of fire.

  • Can fly, levitate, or propel themselves via fire or fiery energy. The most imaginative of fire-users could even float or sit atop large spheres or carriers of fire.
  • Can manipulate magma and lava, such as causing volcanic eruptions.


Limitations
  • Control is probably one of the most deadly parts of this skill. Because of the sheer, untapped power of fire; loss of control could be indiscriminately catastrophic.
  • Very drastically weakened in rain, and is outright unusable in bodies of water larger than the flames produced.
  • User must have oxygen around for fire to be usable.

    Learning this skill takes some practice, as well as some intense study. The user can usually submit about 8 posts of them actively learning it.




Hydrokinesis

The manipulation of water. The user has the ability to manipulate the atoms within water, multiplying them rapidly. This allows for the user to be capable of moving the water to their will and command, being able to perform multiple feats with it.

Capabilities
  • User can generate, control, or manipulate nearly all types of water.
  • Can use balls, volleys, waves (tidal and otherwise), blasts, spouts, streams, bombs, etc. of water energy.
  • Can summon bubbles of pockets of water to breathe as they travel underwater.
  • Can erect barriers of water.
  • With enough concentration, the user can walk atop water.
  • Can surf atop water without anything needed.
  • Can control the density and pressure of water.
  • Can create "solid" water.

    • Can create constructs, allies, or servants made of pure water; such as water golems.
    • Can create weapons/barriers/shields/etc. made of pure water.
    • Can create armor of water.


  • Can levitate themselves via standing atop water or creating wings of water.


Limitations
  • Water is very sparse and near incapable of being summoned in arid areas.
  • Without moisture in the air, water cannot survive long enough to be used as a weapon.
  • The larger the body of water is, the higher chance you have of completely yourself if you try to manipulate it.
  • No person is capable of manipulating an ocean, lake, or entire river.
  • Electricity will hurt a person using water (with it in close proximity) for twice as much damage as normal.
  • Geokinetic users may be capable of use earth or sand to silicate water.
  • Cannot manipulate water inside of a person's body.

Geokinesis

The manipulation of earth. The user gains the ability to control and manipulate earthbound things, most commonly rocks and boulders. This extends to sand and dirt, which is sometimes called Abacomancy.

Capabilities
  • Can use various techniques dealing with the earth; including earthquakes, creating pillars or rising in earth, using projectile rock/earth material, etc.
  • Can create sand or dirt on ground that is solid. Can create various things like quicksand.
  • Can control the growth of floral life.
  • Can control plants and flora to a certain extent.
  • Can summon forth floral entities.
  • Can utilize Geokinetic combat, such as strengthening their skin to create durability and powering their physical attacks.
  • Can create solid constructs.

    • Can create allies or servants made of pure earth/floral material; such as rock golems.
    • Can create weapons/barriers/shields/etc. made of pure earth/floral material.
    • Can create armor of earth/floral material.

  • Can levitate themselves via standing atop water or creating wings of earth/floral material.
  • Can craft or create rock-like material, such as glass, metal, and crystal.
  • Can compress or expand earthen material.
  • Can repair earthen weapons/material, or sharpen metal or earthen blades.
  • Has limited control over magnetism.
  • Can surf or travel at high speeds atop earthen matter.
  • Can create prisons or bury things under terrakinetic matter.
  • Has limited power over controlling tectonic plates.


Limitations
  • Distance and the amount of matter depends of the strength and skill of the user.
  • Users have no control if over extraterrestrial bodies.
  • May be weak against Electricity Manipulation as electricity can travel through the ground and break apart the earth.
  • Those who attempt to control mountains, themselves, they can only do so very loosely.
  • Geokinesis expends incredible amounts of energy.
  • The user is unable to control cores within the earth.

Aerokinesis

The manipulation of wind. The user gains the ability to control the wind around them, using it in application of many different types of abilities.

Capabilities
  • Can fire balls, volleys, waves, blasts, gales, etc. of wind energy.
  • Can summon forth tornadoes.
  • Can create micro-bursts of wind that can propel things with a force equating to twice weight of them.

  • Can create quasi-solid constructs.

    • Can create allies or servants made of pure, soldified wind; such as wind golems.
    • Can create weapons/barriers/shields/etc. made of pure, solidified material.
    • Can create armor of wind material.

  • Can glide, walk, levitate, or fly themselves via controlling wind and air currents.
  • Can compress or expand air or wind to a certain extent.
  • Can control the density of the air around them.
  • Have electrical resistance due to insulation.
  • With enough energy generated and a large enough body of water, the user can summon forth hurricanes at the expense of nearly all of their energy.
  • Can create winds sharp enough to pierce, cut, and slash enemies.
  • Can reduce the force of friction by increasing the law of Thrust in physics, which allow them to "skate" on the ground.
  • Can lift things via wind manipulation.


Limitations
  • Cannot control air temperature.
  • Is not capable of outright changing the meteorological effects of the weather or climate.
  • Solid objects or masses rooted to the ground or are extremely heavy will require an ungodly amount of energy to lift.
  • Incredibly weak to fire, as it tends to only make it stronger by supplying it with oxygen; while fire destroys oxygen and air molecules.
  • Cannot vacuums or suffocation.
