Supreme Energy Potential

An incredibly rare skill that cannot be taught. All of the those who bear this skill have three times the amount of energy they can expend during battle upon activation. However, the skill has the backlash of slowly dwindling the user's condition as it goes on during activation.

Capabilities

Instead of having only 100 Energy Level points to expend at base, the user has 300 Energy Level points to expend at base.
Able to be accessed if the character gets the single dice roll. If it is 10/100 or below, the character will have the ability. However, there are only five characters that can have this rare skill.

Limitations

Because of the extensively massive output of raw energy, the user will find themselves rather fatigued with prolonged use. As a result, they will experience drops in their condition every 5 posts. The drop will eventually lead to incapacitation, but can never kill.
After one turns off the Supreme Energy Potential, they will not be capable of accessing it again for the next 3 posts. All Energy will go to half of the 100 Base Amount, which is 50 Energy Level.
This does not send the user straight to 300 Base Energy. Rather, it triples the amount one has at that moment.
