Personality: Erebus, is one of the most distant people you will ever meet, probably. He is known more for his quick wits, sharp tongue and love for the darkness. Of course he had a day life, per say, but he also was very active at night which is when he got in tune with his fears. Friends and family have tried time and time again to get to not be so distant but in the end he just, moves away even more.

Being distant can only have so many effects on the mind, so, Erebus is sort of... "legally insane". In the sense that he is a very awkward person at times and can raise a few eye brows, or frowns. He loves anything challenging that will put his mind to the test. Erebus is also always seeking more knowledge, he is not pleased with what he knows now. He is curious, more, about what's out there. What doesn't he know.

Philosophy is simple, "The mission is never done." Erebus knows that he is here for a greater reason that society is offering. Erebus has never been one to like people, in fact he hates everybody. But he will tolerate people to an extent that is.

Appearance: Erebus dresses in all black, most of the time, and few instances of white, now and then. He wears a hoodie-like piece of clothing with his hood on at all times, unless things get serious. He wears gauntlets with spikes on both his arms from end of wrist to beginning of elbow. He also likes to wear knee and shin guards on his legs as protection and some under armor underneath his torso for more protection. And he also is a fine wearer of glasses.

For being 5'11" Erebus is pretty quick on his feet and with his reactions. He can block with the best of them and fight with the best of them as he trains by himself whenever it's convenient. He has black hair, short and stays that way, he also wear a gold chain around his neck that is rarely seen. This was given to him before by a family member.

Erebus is growing a mustache and a beard on his face. He always appears to have 5 O' clock shadow, he likes it. Erebus has a sort of light to medium brown skin color, eyes are a nice dark brown color. As an addition to his clothing he also wear nice, rough, leather gloves.

Background & History:
One of Erebus' less interested topics in the world. Distant, remember? But if we must. Erebus grew up in the Sky city, or village if you will. He had an good life, parents, mom and dad, and an older sister. Until the day of a tragic accident when Erebus wasn't around. On his side of the the town, they had a lot of crazy native bird-like creatures, and one day those creatures got out.

It was dark, at night when they escaped their habitats. They all went on a tirade through the town. Erebus was told to stay home as his parents and sister went out to try and round up the animals. Erebus warned them not to leave and help but they insisted that they would be "Fine". Power went out, Erebus was alone, a creature was in the house. Erebus backed up against a wall in his house as he sees the bird walking around. In the dark, alone, darkness, shadows, alone. Erebus was truly alone as his family never returned.

The leader of the town told him the news the next day. Erebus was distraught, he was angry, filled with rage. Erebus left "Sky". His extended family tried to find him but the only time that they would see him was in the night time. The night, in which his family was taken from him. The time of day in which he was alone on this world, the time of day in which he was afraid. But he would soon realize that he would make the night afraid of him.

He would become one with the darkness, one with the night and make the night afraid of him. He will bury his fears, bury his anger in his work and training until the memory of his family just disappears.
